All International Students,

In accordance with the requirements of higher authorities, we hereby issue the following notice regarding the arrangements for the annual review of scholarship students (including CSC Scholarship students, MOFCOM Scholarship students, Beijing Government Scholarship students, and BFU Scholarship students) for this academic year.

（I）Scope of Students to Participate in the Annual Review

All international scholarship students who shall study in China for more than one academic year at our university (including CSC Scholarship students, MOFCOM Scholarship students, Beijing Government Scholarship students, and BFU Scholarship students), as well as CSC PHD students applying for an extension of scholarship funding after the original study period expires, must participate in the annual review.

This includes scholarship students who just enrolled in September 2025, students who will continue to receive the scholarship after September of the current year (including those who plan to transition to major studies after completing the preparatory program); CSC PHD students who are unable to graduate as scheduled in July and intend to apply for an extension; and students whose scholarship was suspended due to an unsuccessful review in the previous year and plan to apply for reinstatement.

Students who have decided to suspend or drop out of their studies, are processing or preparing to apply for academic status changes; new students admitted in the spring semester; returning students resuming studies in the spring semester (except those applying for doctoral extension); students scheduled to graduate in the summer of 2025; and students no longer receiving scholarship support are exempt from the annual review.

The International School has compiled the list of students required to participate in this annual review. Please refer to Attachment 2: List of Students Eligible for Review.

（II）Review Content and Standards

All scholarship students participating in the annual review shall conduct self-evaluation based on four aspects: moral conduct, academic performance, learning/research attitude, and activity performance.

Each school and the International College shall evaluate students’ actual performance.

（III）Work Schedule

1.Release of Notice. April 15, the International School will issue the official notice and confirm the annual review process and the list of students participating in the review.

2.Student Self-evaluation. From April 15 to April 24, scholarship students under review shall complete self-evaluation via the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System (for CSC scholarship students) or fill in the paper version of Attachment 3: Annual Review Form for International Scholarship Students of Beijing Forestry University (for non-CSC scholarship students).

3.School-level Evaluation. From April 15 to April 24, all schools shall score each evaluation item for all scholarship students and submit the evaluation opinions to the International College.

4.University-level Evaluation. The International College will conduct the final evaluation for all scholarship students, weight the scores from each school to determine the final result, and report the evaluation results of CSC scholarship students to the China Scholarship Council.

(IV) Self-evaluation Guidelines

Different platforms are used for Chinese Government Scholarship students and non-Chinese Government Scholarship students in this scholarship review. Please follow the instructions below.

1.Chinese Government Scholarship Students

Log in to the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System (https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/) with your CSC account and password. On the homepage, click Annual Scholarship Self-evaluation to enter the self-evaluation page, then click Start Filling to complete the questionnaire. Fill in the required evaluations as prompted, and click Add Attachment to upload supporting documents. After confirming all information is correct, check the Commitment Clause and click Submit.

The self-evaluation must be completed no later than April 24.

Required attachment: Official academic transcript (preparatory students: transcript stamped by the International School; undergraduate students: transcript stamped by the Academic Affairs Office; postgraduate students: transcript stamped by the Graduate School).Additional attachments may include paper retrieval proofs, award certificates, honor certificates, activity participation certificates, etc. A maximum of 5 attachments can be uploaded.

2.Non-Chinese Government Scholarship Students

Print the Review Form double-sided on a single sheet and complete the self-evaluation by hand. After finishing, submit the signed paper Review Form and supporting documents to your school counselor.

All materials must be submitted no later than April 24.

Required attachment: Official paper academic transcript (preparatory students: transcript stamped by the International School; undergraduate students: transcript stamped by the Academic Affairs Office; postgraduate students: transcript stamped by the Graduate School).Additional attachments may include paper retrieval proofs, award certificates, honor certificates, activity participation certificates, etc.

(V) Review Results and Application

The annual review result shall be either Qualified or Unqualified. In principle, the review result shall be consistent with the review score, that is, students with a total score of 60 points or above shall be deemed qualified. The International College will sort out and archive the annual review results of all scholarship programs. When necessary, it will submit suggestions on the continuation, suspension or cancellation of scholarships for the next stage to the higher-level scholarship administrative authorities based on the annual review results. The final scholarship result shall be subject to that announced by the higher-level scholarship administrative authorities.

During the annual review, the scholarship of a scholarship student may be directly suspended or canceled if relevant conditions are met. (VI) Notes

1.The annual review of scholarship students serves as an important basis for the administration of international student education. All scholarship students participating in the review must attach great importance to this work and complete all procedures on time. Those who fail to participate in the annual review without valid reasons will have their scholarship qualifications canceled in accordance with relevant regulations.

2.Preparatory students are administered by the International College, and their scores and evaluation basis will be provided by the International College.

3.If you lose your account or password for the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System, please contact Teacher Cui from the International College for account reset.

4.Chinese Government Scholarship PhD students applying for an extension of scholarship funding in 2026 must first complete the annual scholarship review. They shall also finish the PhD Scholarship Extension Application in the system by April 24.

关于开展2026年北京林业大学国际奖学金生年度评审工作的通知

各国际学生：

根据上级工作要求，现将本年度奖学金生（含中国政府奖学金生、商务部奖学金生、北京市政府奖学金生和感知北林奖学金生）年度评审相关工作安排通知如下：

一、评审对象

我校所有在华学习一学年以上的国际奖学金生（含中国政府奖学金生、商务部奖学金生、北京市政府奖学金生和感知北林奖学金生）或者原定学习期限结束后申请延长奖学金期限的中国政府奖学金生，均需参加年度评审。

包括当年9月之后将继续享受奖学金的学生（含预科阶段学习结束计划转入专业学习的），无法按原计划于当年7月毕业拟申请延期的中国政府奖学金生，上一年奖学金评审不合格被中止奖学金资格拟申请恢复奖学金的学生。

已经决定休学或退学，正在办理或准备申请异动的学生，春季学期入学的新生，春季学期复学的老生（拟申请博士延期的除外），2025年夏季即将毕业与此前已处于延期毕业（不再享受奖学金）状态的学生，可不参与奖学金年度评审。

国际学院已整理出参加本次年度审查的名单，请查看《附件2：参评学生名单》。

（二）评审内容及标准

参与年度评审的全体奖学金生，按照道德品行、学习成绩、学习/科研态度和活动表现四方面进行自评。

各培养学院和国际学院，对学生的现实表现进行打分。

（三）工作安排

1.通知发布。4月15日，国际学院发布工作通知，确定年度评审的流程和参与评审学生名单。

2.学生自评。4月15日至4月24日，参与评审奖学金生于来华留学管理信息系统（中国政府奖学金生）进行自评，或使用纸质《附件3：北京林业大学国际奖学金生年度评审表》（非中国政府奖学金生）进行自评。

3.学院评审。4月15日至4月24日，各培养学院对全体奖学金生的每个评审部分进行评分，并将评审意见反馈给国际学院。

4.校级评审。国际学院将对全体奖学金生进行评审，并加权各学院的评分，形成每名奖学金生的最终评审结果，并将中国政府奖学金生的评审结果上报国家留学基金管理委员会。

（四）自评指南

本次奖学金评审，中国政府奖学金生与非中国政府奖学金生采用不同的平台进行，请按以下的操作执行。

1.中国政府奖学金生

使用自己的CSC账号与密码登录来华留学管理信息系统（https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/），在首页点击【奖学金年度自评】进入自评页面，点击【开始填写】填写调查问卷。之后按照页面要求填写相应评价，同时点击【添加附件】提交相关附件材料，确认无误后，勾选【承诺条款】，点击【提交】。最迟不得晚于4月24日进行自评。

必须添加的附件为本人有效成绩报告（预科阶段学生以国际学院印章的归档成绩为准，本科生以教务处印章的成绩单为准，研究生以研究生院印章的成绩单为准），此外可以添加论文检索证明、获奖证书、荣誉证书以及参加各类活动证明等，最多可以上传5个附件。

2.非中国政府奖学金生

使用纸质《评审表》正反面打印在一页内进行自评，自评完后，将纸质《评审表》和相关纸质附件材料提交至所在学院辅导员处。最迟不得晚于4月24日提交到所在学院辅导员处。

必须添加的附件为本人纸质有效成绩报告（预科阶段学生以国际学院印章的归档成绩为准，本科生以教务处印章的成绩单为准，研究生以研究生院印章的成绩单为准），此外可以添加论文检索证明、获奖证书、荣誉证书以及参加各类活动证明等。

（五）评审结果与运用

年度评审意见分为合格或不合格两种，原则上评审意见与评审分数一致，即总分60分及以上者为合格。国际学院将整理并存档各奖学金项目的年审结果，必要时根据年审结果向上级奖学金项目管理部门报送下一阶段奖学金继续、中止或取消的建议。奖学金的最终结果，将以上级奖学金项目管理部门公布的结果为准。

年度评审中，奖学金生的奖学金在满足条件后可能直接被中止或取消，具体请参考《北京林业大学中国政府奖学金生年度评审实施办法》的有关规定。

（六）注意事项

1.奖学金生年度评审是国际学生教育管理工作的重要依据。请参评的奖学金生务必高度重视，按时完成各项工作。无正当理由不参加年度评审的，奖学金资格将按规定予以取消。

2.预科生在预科学习的培养学院为国际学院，由国际学院出具有关评分和依据。

3.若中国奖学金来华留学管理信息系统的账户和密码丢失，可联系国际学院崔老师进行账号重置。

4.申请于2026年延长奖学金资助期限的中国政府奖学金博士生，需首先完成奖学金生年审工作。并在4月24日前在系统内同时完成申请【博士生延期申请】的有关操作。
