在签证或居留许可过期前至少2周，学生应下载并填写居留许可申请表，并至少在前往出入境办理签证的前两天（休息日除外），携带相关申请材料将该表提交至国际学院169办公室，领取签证办理公函。

At least two weeks before the visa or residence permit expires, students should download and fill out the residence permit application form. Additionally, at least two days before going to the exit-entry administration to apply for a visa(excluding weekends), students should bring required application materials and submit this form to Office 169 of the International College, and receive the visa application official letter.
