关于开展学生公寓腾退改造、住宿调整及校外住宿安全管理工作的通知
各国际学生,
为进一步优化学生公寓住宿资源配置、做好校外住宿学生管理,结合本年度毕业生离校工作安排,学校拟对部分公寓房间实施装修改造,面向在读学生开放房间调整申请,并组织全体校外住宿学生签署校外住宿安全责任书。现将有关事项通知如下:
一、改造房间腾退换房安排
1.改造背景
因学校发展规划与招生策略调整,我校拟将9号学生公寓部分房间调整为3人间,以适应未来学生住宿需要。
2.改造范围
拟从2人间改造为3人间的房间号如下:
2F 247、249、251
3F 343、345、347、349、351
4F 443、445、447、449、451
5F 543、545、547、549、551
6F 643、645、647、649、651
3.腾退安排
(1)请目前居住在以上房间的毕业生,于7月15日前将所有私人物品整理完毕,与住宿管理人员交接并搬离房间离开学校;截止日期后仍遗留的物品,视为遗弃物品、按无主物清理、不予保管。如有特殊情况,请联系170办公室崔老师。
(2)请目前居住在以上房间的在校生,于7月17日前,按照下文在校生房间调整的安排,本人前往170办公室崔老师处登记未来住宿意向。并于7月31日前将所有私人物品整理完毕,与住宿管理人员交接并搬离原房间,搬入新房间或搬离学校。
4.注意事项
(1)本次改造后的3人间将根据学校实际需要分配,如有在校自费生希望入住3人间,需按下文房间调整相关安排,本人前往170办公室崔老师处登记登记预约;学校会在新学期开始后,开放剩余3人间供在校自费生申请入住。
(2)房间改造的施工预计将于8月启动,期间可能因电路施工停电等情况,请在校住宿学生留意相关通知,并为施工留出安全通道。
(3)居住在改造房间的在校生,如果没有在7月17日前本人前往崔老师处登记住宿意向的话,学校将综合考量,为其安排新的房间;学生需在7月31日前搬入新房间或搬离学校。
(4)9号学生公寓的住宿费标准为:单人间100元/间/天;双人间50元/床位/天;三人间30元/床位/天。
二、在校生房间调整申请
1.适用对象
现阶段学习尚未结束、下一学年仍将继续在校学习的学生(含正常在读、延期毕业);现阶段学习将于26年7月结束,即将于26年9月进入我校新的学历层次就读的26级新生。
2.调整安排
有意向进行房间调整的学生,需在7月17日前,本人前往170办公室崔老师处进行房间调整登记。学校会在7月21日左右,公布房间调整结果。有意向进行房间调整的学生需要在7月31日前将所有私人物品整理完毕,与住宿管理人员交接并搬离原房间,搬入新房间。
3.注意事项
(1)奖学金涵盖住宿费的学生,在申请住宿房间调整时,不能申请入住超过奖学金资助标准的房间(比如,奖学金资助标准为2人间的学生,不可以申请调整至1人间)。如执意想入住1人间,需自费补足差价,否则学校将拒绝学生的调整申请。
(2)学生在申请住宿房间调整时,需有与房间应住人数同样的足额学生一同前来申请(比如,需要有3名学生一同申请调整至一间3人间;不可以只有2名学生前来申请调整至3人间)。如执意想入住,需自费补足剩余部分差价,否则学校将拒绝学生的调整申请。
(3)学生提出房间调整意向后,不得随意变更,学校原则上会尊重学生意愿进行调整,但调整时会参考性别、楼层和房间规划等因素综合考量,最终以学校实际公布的结果为准。
(4)调房完成后,须及时到公寓1层管理处更新住宿登记与门禁权限,入住后严格遵守学生公寓管理各项规定。
三、校外住宿学生安全责任书签署
1.工作背景
我校校外住宿学生的数量逐年增加,为了更好的掌握和管理校外住宿学生的有关情况,根据上级有关要求,组织全体校外住宿学生学习并签署校外住宿学生安全责任书。
2.覆盖对象
我校在读的全体校外住宿国际学生,以及未来有校外住宿安排的国际学生
3.工作安排
我校在读的全体校外住宿学生,需在7月31日前,仔细阅读《北京林业大学国际学生校外住宿承诺书》的内容,并本人前往170办公室崔老师处签字(或通过微信发送打印签字的照片),并将本人与出租方的租房协议(需包含租期、签约双方等信息)、境外人员临时住宿登记表(由派出所开具)通过微信发送给崔老师。
4.注意事项
请全体校外住宿学生务必于截止日前完成校外住宿学生安全责任书的签署工作。未按时完成有关工作的学生,将按学生管理规定的有关要求处理,奖学金涵盖校外住宿津贴的学生将暂缓发放校外住宿津贴。

Notice on the Renovation of Student Apartment Dormitories, Accommodation Adjustment and Safety Management of Off-campus Accommodation
All International Students:
To further optimize the allocation of student apartment accommodation resources, standardize the management of off-campus accommodation, and align with the annual graduate departure schedule, the university will carry out renovation works on selected dormitory rooms, open accommodation adjustment applications for current students, and organize all off-campus residing students to sign the off-campus accommodation safety commitment letter. Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Relocation and Vacating of Dormitories for Renovation
1.1 Background of Renovation
In light of the university’s development plan and enrollment strategy adjustment, selected rooms in Student Apartment No.9 will be converted into triple rooms to meet future accommodation demands.
1.2 Scope of Renovation
The following 2-person rooms will be converted into 3-person rooms:
Floor 2: Room 247, 249, 251
Floor 3: Room 343, 345, 347, 349, 351
Floor 4: Room 443, 445, 447, 449, 451
Floor 5: Room 543, 545, 547, 549, 551
Floor 6: Room 643, 645, 647, 649, 651
1.3 Vacating Arrangements
(1) Graduates currently residing in the above rooms shall pack all personal belongings, complete handover with accommodation management staff and move out of the dormitories by July 15. Items left behind after the deadline shall be deemed abandoned and disposed of as unclaimed property, with no storage service provided. For special circumstances, please contact Teacher Cui at Office 170.
(2) Current students currently residing in the above rooms shall register their future accommodation intention in person with Teacher Cui at Office 170 by July 17, in accordance with the accommodation adjustment arrangements specified below. All personal belongings must be packed, and handover with accommodation management staff must be completed by July 31, before moving into the new room or leaving the campus.
1.4 Notes
(1) The renovated triple rooms will be allocated according to the university’s actual needs. Self-paying students who wish to stay in triple rooms shall register for reservation in person with Teacher Cui at Office 170 in accordance with the accommodation adjustment procedures below. The university will open remaining triple rooms for application by self-paying students after the new semester begins.
(2) The dormitory renovation is scheduled to start in August. Power outages may occur due to electrical works during the period. Students staying on campus please pay attention to relevant notices and keep clear access for construction safety.
(3) For current students in the renovated rooms who fail to register their accommodation intention with Teacher Cui in person by July 17, the university will arrange new rooms for them through comprehensive consideration. Students must move into the new room or leave the campus by July 31.
(4) Accommodation fee standards for Student Apartment No.9:
Single room: RMB 100 per room per day
Double room: RMB 50 per bed per day
Triple room: RMB 30 per bed per day
2. Application for Accommodation Adjustment for Current Students
2.1 Eligible Applicants
Students whose current program has not ended and will continue their studies in the next academic year (including students in normal study and those with postponed graduation); students who will complete their current program in July 2026 and will enroll in a new academic program at our university in September 2026 (the 2026 intake).
2.2 Adjustment Procedures
Students who intend to apply for accommodation adjustment shall register in person with Teacher Cui at Office 170 by July 17. The university will announce the accommodation adjustment results on or around July 21. Applicants shall pack all personal belongings, complete handover with accommodation management staff, move out of the original room and move into the new room by July 31.
2.3 Notes
(1) Students whose scholarship covers accommodation fees shall not apply for rooms higher than their scholarship-funded standard. For example, students with a 2-person room scholarship standard cannot apply to adjust to a single room. Those who insist on staying in a single room shall pay the price difference at their own expense; otherwise, the application will be rejected.
(2) Students applying for accommodation adjustment shall apply together with a full number of students matching the room capacity. For example, 3 students shall apply together for a triple room; applications from only 2 students for a triple room will not be accepted. Those who insist on staying shall pay the price difference for the vacant bed at their own expense; otherwise, the application will be rejected.
(3) Once submitted, the accommodation adjustment intention shall not be changed arbitrarily. The university will respect students’ willingness in principle, but make comprehensive consideration based on gender, floor and dormitory planning. The final result shall be subject to the university’s official announcement.
(4) After the room adjustment is completed, students shall promptly update their accommodation registration and access control permissions at the management office on the 1st floor of the apartment, and strictly abide by all student apartment management regulations after check-in.
3. Signing of the Off-campus Accommodation Safety Commitment Letter
3.1 Background
With the increasing number of off-campus residing international students, and in accordance with the requirements of higher authorities, the university organizes all off-campus students to study and sign the off-campus accommodation safety commitment letter, to better grasp and manage the relevant information of off-campus residing students.
3.2 Target Participants
All current international students residing off campus, and international students who plan to live off campus in the future.
3.3 Work Arrangements
All current off-campus residing students shall carefully read the 《Off-Campus Accommodation Commitment Letter for International Student of BFU》, and complete the signing by July 31 either in person at Office 170 with Teacher Cui, or by sending a scanned photo of the signed printed document via WeChat. Meanwhile, students shall send their house rental agreement with the lessor (including lease term, information of both parties and other key details) and the Temporary Accommodation Registration Form for Foreign Nationals (issued by the local police station) to Teacher Cui via WeChat.
3.4 Notes
All off-campus residing students must complete the signing of the off-campus accommodation safety commitment letter before the deadline. Students who fail to complete the relevant work on time will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant student management regulations. For students whose scholarship includes off-campus accommodation allowance, the allowance will be suspended.
